REHEAT kVALVE RELAYFOR
Description
The KMC REE-4023 relay module is designed primarily for time proportioning control of normally open electric hot water valves on VAV terminal units in HVAC systems. The percent on-time of the electric hot water valve will vary in direct relation to the CEE/CTE series room thermostat signal. As the thermostat signal increases, the percent on-time of the water valve increases.
These relay modules are intended for use with:
• CEE-1103, CTE-1004, or CTE-1103 thermostats
• CEE-4000, CEP-4000, CSE-4000, or CSP-4000 series controllers/actuators
• VEP-11/21/34/37 series valves or Siemens 599 series thermic valves (NO, 24 VAC, 10 VA max.)
For normally closed valves, use the REE-4006.
