Free Shipping
We offer free UPS ground/sure post shipping on orders over $249 weighing less than 35 lbs actual or dimensional weight, within the continental US only. In the event of a return, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
$8.95 Shipping
Orders above $99 and weighing less than 35 lbs actual or dimensional weight, within the continental US only, are eligible for UPS Ground flat rate shipping for $8.95
Same Day Shipping
All in-stock orders are shipped same-day if the order was received by 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Central.
Carriers
We use UPS and USPS / SurePost to deliver our package orders within the United States. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders requiring freight shipment are sent using the current preferred LTL freight carrier.
LTL Shipments
All LTL shipments must be inspected upon receipt and any damage must be reported to Controls Central within 2 business days.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Your order can be tracked by logging into ControlsCentral.com or by clicking on the link from the tracking confirmation email.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the selected products, and delivery address. During the checkout, available shipping options and prices will be displayed. The price stated is the final price for shipment. If you believe the price is inaccurate, please contact us prior to finalizing your order.
Back Orders
Orders received for out-of-stock item(s) will be placed on back order. An estimated shipping date will be emailed to you when it becomes available. If a portion of your order is ready to ship, the item(s) may be sent in separate shipments. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Products that require special shipping and handling
There are products we sell that conform to UPS requirements for shipping via package freight but due to their delicate nature some products will have to be shipped LTL on a pallet which increases the cost of shipping. Please see below for some examples of such products.

*A $30.00 USD wire transfer processing fee will be added to all international orders unless they are paid via PayPal. ControlsCentral.com gladly accepts orders from all around the world. Delivery time may vary depending on availability of product lines, shipping rates and fees.
Certificate of origin can be supplied when requested by UPS.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The duties and taxes normally must be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customers are responsible for paying customs fees.
